NOTICE from the PHILAS President - Bruce Chadderton

Dear Members,

The first Annual General Meeting of the Philatelic Association of NSW Limited has been scheduled for 11am on 29 November 2025 at 2, City View Road, Pennant Hills NSW 2120.

Download the Notice of the AGM including the Business of the AGM, and a "Nomination for Election as a Director" Form. 

You are requested to return completed Nomination Form(s) from your Club to PHILAS by close of business on Friday 14 November 2025. 

You are requested to advise PHILAS which of your Delegates will be attending the AGM by close of business on Friday 21 November 2025.

Note: delegates attending the AGM are only able to vote if their Club is financial.

Looking forward to seeing you at the AGM at 2, City View Road, the new home being prepared for PHILAS.
