About Us
A highlight of the Turramurra Stamp Club's meetings includes a specialist display by a prominent philatelist or one of our members. An auction incorporating a wide variety of stamps, covers, stationery etc is held at the end of each meeting and always creates interest. This provides an avenue to add to collections as well as providing a profitable way to dispose of surplus supplies. Stamp Shows & Exhibitions in NSW, interstate and overseas are also advised at each meeting.
With nearly 30 members, our meetings attract 10–15 attendees, many specialising in different countries and time periods. Several members assist PHILAS—a non-profit representing over 40 NSW clubs and societies and running quarterly stamp auctions—so philatelic expertise is always close at hand.
