Supporting the next generation of stamp collectors through Philas and community partnerships

Sydney Youth Stamp Group (SYSG)

The Sydney Youth Stamp Group (SYSG) runs regular activities for young collectors in the Sydney area.

Established in 1990 by a group of dedicated philatelists, the SYSG was created to help young people discover and enjoy stamp collecting. From the beginning, the group has been strongly supported by the Philatelic Association of NSW Ltd. (Philas)

SYSG Activities

The SYSG offers free workshops, programs, competitions and hands-on activities for children, often held alongside stamp fairs and exhibitions. We can also provide stamp-themed sessions for schools, libraries and community groups.
